Where can I use Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil?

Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil is ideal for larger rooms, such as living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and family rooms.

How do I know when to replace the fragrance oil bottle?

Each see-through oil bottle provides long-lasting fragrancing. Replace the fragrance oil bottle when empty with Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil refills only. SC Johnson will not be held responsible for damage, injury, or poor performance caused by use of any other refills in PlugIns® Scented Oil.

What fragrances are available?

Can I adjust the strength of the fragrance?

Yes! Each warmer has an adjuster. Set it at 1 for less fragrance, at 3 for more fragrance, and 5 for the most fragrance.

Will this harm my pets?

No, the scented oil will not harm your pets.

Can I clean the warmer?

Fragrance oils may collect on the warmer unit over time. To clean, remove warmer from electrical outlet and wipe the warmer with a dry cloth. Wash hands after handling. These instructions are also included on the back of the warmer package.

What if the fragrance is too strong?

The fragrance will be stronger the first 3 days and then will level off. You can control fragrance intensity by adjusting the control at the top of the unit. A setting of 1 provides less fragrance, a setting of 3 provides more fragrance, and a setting of 5 provides the most fragrance.

What if the fragrance is too light?

First, check to make sure the outlet is properly operating. This can be done by simply plugging in an appliance such as a lamp or radio to make sure it is operating. Make sure the warmer unit's electrical plug is in the locked position with the arrows on the back of the unit aligned. The warmer unit should be plugged into the outlet in a vertical or upright position so that the Glade® logo on the front is oriented properly.

You can adjust fragrance intensity by adjusting dial at top of the unit. A setting of 5 provides more fragrance, and a setting of 1 provides less fragrance.

Which Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil refills will work with the extra outlet unit?

The Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil Extra Outlet uses the same refill units as the original Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil warmer.

Can I use the Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil Extra Outlet unit in a horizontal outlet?

Yes. Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil Extra Outlet has a rotating plug, allowing you to use it in horizontal and vertical outlets. Insert warmer unit UPRIGHT into outlet.

How much electricity does the Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil Extra Outlet unit use?

The Glade PlugIns® Scented Oil Extra Outlet unit uses less than 2 watts of electricity, and costs only pennies a month to operate. The unit is UL listed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Rotate the warmer unit's electrical plug, if necessary.
NOTE: Align arrows to lock in place.
Insert the warmer unit UPRIGHT into outlet.
Unscrew the cap from the fragrance bottle.
Insert the bottle into the warmer unit.
Adjust the warmer intensity to the desired setting. (I Min. - III Max.)
Extra Outlet Feature - Insert two-prong appliances (15 amps/1800 watts max.) into the warmer unit's extra outlet. When removing the unit from the outlet, separate the bottle from the warmer unit and store in an upright position.
